• Failed renders are refunded to your balance automatically, right away.
• Cheaper than shown: if a video's real cost is lower than the price shown, the difference returns to your balance.
• Top-ups: unused top-up balance can be refunded to the original card within 14 days of the payment — ask us at the contact details on our website.
• Plans: a plan can be refunded within 14 days if none of its credit was used.
• Money refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take up to 14 business days to show it.
