This policy explains what personal data the operator of framatai collects through framatai and how it is used, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, and optionally company and phone.
- Billing records: what you bought and when. Card details go straight to Moyasar and never reach us.
- Your content: prompts, files you upload and what you generate.
- Technical data: IP address and request logs, used for security and to prevent abuse.
Why
- To run your account and make what you ask for, to bill you, to keep the service secure, to answer support requests and to meet legal duties.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
Who processes it for us
- BytePlus (the AI models: your prompts and reference files are sent to it to make each result), Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Moyasar (card payments) and our email provider (account emails). Some of these process data outside the Kingdom.
How long
While your account is open. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires. You can delete your generations at any time from your history.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or close your account: the contact details on our website.

- بيانات الكارت بتروح لميسّر مباشرة وما بتوصلناش. ما بنبيعش بياناتك وما بندرّبش موديلات على محتواك.

- تقدر تطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تعديلها أو مسحها أو قفل حسابك من بيانات التواصل.
